Sephora Social Media Assistant — EU Brands (Apprenticeship)

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the EU social editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and platform trends.
- Manage a portfolio of brands and support their activations across Sephora markets in Europe, from strategic briefs to market roll-out.
- Write content briefs for partner brands and coordinate production deliverables with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Design social media content plans and brief European markets on assets and distribution to support brand campaigns and in-store activations.
- Coordinate transversal social projects (brand events, founder meetings, launches) and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
- Produce regular analytics reports, monitor campaign KPIs, and provide insights and content recommendations to brand partners.
- Conduct competitive and trend monitoring to inform content strategy and preserve Sephora’s leadership on social platforms.
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (equivalent to final-year Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related discipline.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) — all day-to-day exchanges are in English.
- Demonstrable prior experience in social media (internship or equivalent) with hands-on exposure to campaign activation or content production.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multi-market projects end‑to‑end.
- Creative mindset with curiosity for platform trends and capacity to propose innovative format ideas.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise confidently with brand partners and a wide range of internal stakeholders.
