Sephora Shift Coordinator

- Assign and prioritise daily tasks for associates to meet productivity and accuracy targets across the shift.
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in‑house systems to track workflow and inventory.
- Monitor associate performance against established standards, provide real‑time feedback and document coaching where needed.
- Communicate shift objectives and coordinate action plans to ensure continuity of operations across shifts.
- Train associates on standard operating procedures and preferred methods documented in internal manuals.
- Support inventory balancing activities and escalate discrepancies following Loss Prevention procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company, state and OSHA safety policies; report safety or security concerns to management.
- Maintain flexible availability for designated shifts and required overtime; model excellent attendance and professional conduct.
- Deliver high quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Minimum three years of relevant warehouse, distribution centre or logistics experience.
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other menu‑driven applications, or ability to learn quickly.
- Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to give and receive feedback professionally.
- Demonstrated capacity to multi‑task, prioritise competing deadlines and be cross‑trained across functions.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a distribution centre, warehouse or logistics environment, with hands‑on exposure to WMS operations and frontline team coordination.
