Sephora Senior Category Manager

- Manage sales, revenue, and productivity for assigned categories.
- Define assortment and brand management strategies for both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce.
- Oversee supplier relationships, including business meetings and joint opportunity development.
- Develop commercial, activation, and promotion plans in collaboration with the revenue & growth department.
- Monitor and analyze market, supplier, and brand/product performance against internal KPIs.
- Provide sales and turnover reporting for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute merchandising updates and store openings, including localization and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver an integrated consumer-centric strategy.
- Negotiate with EME teams and suppliers to increase profit and brand loyalty.
- Improve internal processes and tools for better productivity and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor Junior Category Managers and Category Managers.
- Minimum 6 years in a similar position with strong category management, marketing, and sales principles knowledge.
- Profound knowledge of the beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment.
