1. Assist the store manager in managing customer service, processes, people, and results.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence.
4. Guide customer service and leadership standards in the sales area.
5. Monitor sales results and communicate with the team to drive actions.
6. Develop business growth strategies leveraging customer loyalty programs and product knowledge.
7. Supervise and train consultants to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
8. Ensure product display concepts are applied and maintained.
9. Conduct inventory checks and maintain records.
10. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and ensure team compliance.

1. Experience in retail management or supervision is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred.
3. Foreign language proficiency is desirable.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
4. Ability to apply cosmetic products on clients.

Experience in retail or service supervision is desirable, particularly in the beauty industry.

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
