Sephora Sales Manager Trainee (Alternance)

1. Co-manage the commercial activity of a designated department or sales axis (Perfume, Skincare, Make-up, Checkout, Operations) alongside the store supervisor.
2. Plan and organise team schedules and daily activity to execute the commercial and human development plan for the assigned area.
3. Drive sales performance by animating growth levers, proposing commercial initiatives and monitoring KPI achievement.
4. Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet collective targets.
5. Contribute to visual merchandising, product presentation and stock housekeeping to optimise conversion and basket value.
6. Support operational tasks including cash management, point-of-sale operations and execution of in-store campaigns.

1. Bachelor's level education (Bac+3/Bachelor) minimum; candidate must be enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in commercial management via alternance.
2. Strong customer-service orientation with a demonstrable drive for retail excellence.
3. Natural leadership and coaching ability, with a collaborative approach to team management.
4. Proactivity, commercial mindset and capacity to propose and implement local initiatives.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
