Sephora Sales Manager Trainee (Alternance)

- Co-manage the commercial activity of a designated department or sales axis (Perfume, Skincare, Make-up, Checkout, Operations) alongside the store supervisor.
- Plan and organise team schedules and daily activity to execute the commercial and human development plan for the assigned area.
- Drive sales performance by animating growth levers, proposing commercial initiatives and monitoring KPI achievement.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet collective targets.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, product presentation and stock housekeeping to optimise conversion and basket value.
- Support operational tasks including cash management, point-of-sale operations and execution of in-store campaigns.
- Bachelor's level education (Bac+3/Bachelor) minimum; candidate must be enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in commercial management via alternance.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a demonstrable drive for retail excellence.
- Natural leadership and coaching ability, with a collaborative approach to team management.
- Proactivity, commercial mindset and capacity to propose and implement local initiatives.

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bachelor) required; enrolled in or eligible for a Master 1/Master 2 in commercial management under an alternance (apprenticeship) contract.
