1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.

6. Control key retail metrics such as conversion rates, items per transaction, and average basket value.
7. Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage employee turnover.
8. Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
9. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
10. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
11. Prepare products for sale and maintain cleanliness of sales floor and products.
12. Assist with warehousing, stocking, and merchandising updates.
13. Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Fluent in English or German.
2. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
3. First experience in retail and customer service.
4. Excellent communication skills with customers.
5. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
