Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours to achieve store performance targets.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to elevate product knowledge, service delivery and loyalty enrolment.
- Drive client engagement through personalised consultations, product recommendations and service excellence.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including training on product assortments, loyalty programs and brand activations.

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (3 years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service goals.

- Demonstrated experience in driving sales through consultative service and product recommendations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
