Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to inspire and coach the store team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.

- Demonstrated excellence in sales, client service, and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting product knowledge to clients and teams.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment; 3 years preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing team members.
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in retail, beauty, or business is a plus.
