Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire store team members by example to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through regular feedback, performance reviews and tailored development plans.

- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through strong client engagement.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapting to change.
- Ability to learn and transmit product knowledge quickly; proficiency with loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Reliable availability for 30–40 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
