Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets through coaching by example.
- Drive individual and store performance via expert product recommendations, client engagement, and personalized service.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing feedback, and targeted training on products, services and loyalty programs.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, store standards, and loss-prevention practices.
- Support scheduling and staffing to ensure consistent coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that promotes openness, accountability and a safe shopping environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures to maintain a high-quality client experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong client service orientation with demonstrated sales performance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
