1. Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members in selling, service, and operations.
3. Execute client service model and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.

5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
