Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to inspire and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through ongoing feedback, formal training and performance conversations.
- Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and loyalty program activation.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards.

- Maintain flexible availability to meet scheduling requirements during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive performance against sales and service KPIs.
- Strong client-service and selling skills with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and quick to learn product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.
