Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to raise performance and product expertise.
- Drive sales and KPI achievement through expert client engagement, personalised recommendations and promotion of loyalty programmes.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising and maintaining presentation and safety standards.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure coverage during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment in line with company values and policies.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail, hospitality or service experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to absorb and share product knowledge quickly.

Demonstrated experience in retail or hospitality with a minimum of three years total experience and at least two years in a leadership capacity; experience in beauty or cosmetics retail strongly preferred. Proven ability to coach teams, drive sales, manage daily store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences.
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management, fashion or beauty is advantageous but not required.
