Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

Sephora is a global leader in beauty retail and forms part of the LVMH family of maisons. 1. Welcome clients and deliver personalised, attentive consultations to identify needs and recommend Sephora products and services.
2. Convert footfall into sales through product demonstrations, merchandising, and targeted up-sell/cross-sell techniques.
3. Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty programmes.
4. Ensure excellent store standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, visual presentation and loss-prevention measures.
5. Participate in in-store events, commercial animations and collective sales challenges to achieve store targets.
6. Follow the apprenticeship training programme, complete assessments, and apply acquired technical and product knowledge on the shop floor.

1. Minimum Baccalauréat with a focus on sales and/or aesthetics; candidate must be eligible to prepare a Bac+2 (or similar) via alternance.
2. Strong customer-service orientation with a desire to learn and develop within retail beauty.
3. Team player with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for commercial challenges.
4. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.

5. Ability to participate in promotional events and in-store activations

Entry-level — designed for candidates at the beginning of their professional career or recent graduates. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required; full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship.

Baccalauréat (vocational stream in sales or aesthetics preferred) and eligibility to enrol in a Bac+2 apprenticeship programme.
