Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

- Deliver a warm, professional welcome and personalised product advice to clients to drive conversion and customer loyalty.
- Recommend and demonstrate cosmetics, skincare and fragrance products aligned to client needs and Sephora services.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and participation in commercial challenges.
- Contribute to in-store merchandising, stock replenishment and visual presentation to maintain brand standards.
- Participate in store activations, promotional events and training modules as part of the apprenticeship curriculum.
- Ensure efficient use of point-of-sale systems and follow store procedures for transactions, returns and client records.
- Minimum French Baccalauréat, preferably with a specialization in sales or aesthetics.
- Candidate enrolled or intending to prepare a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma through an alternance/apprenticeship programme.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; flexible and team-oriented mindset.
