Sephora Retail Training Manager

1. Execute the retail training strategy by facilitating learning interventions to support store, market, and organizational needs.
2. Drive client engagement, selling & service, and operational excellence through exceptional training execution.
3. Observe and coach store leadership teams to ensure quality and consistency across all stores.
4. Support and execute New Store Opening (NSO) training and coaching.
5. Act as subject matter expert on store-facing training materials and interventions.
6. Conduct gap analysis to determine strengths and gaps in training programming.
7. Partner with senior management to uncover needs and recommend future learning interventions.

1. 2-4 years of experience in the cosmetic/beauty industry or equivalent education.
2. Expert ability in delivering training interventions both in-person and virtually.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
5. Elevated expertise in makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
6. Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent work experience.

CAD$76,500 – CAD$85,500 plus bonus and RRSP matching.
