Sephora Retail Training Manager

- Execute the retail training strategy by facilitating learning interventions to support store, market, and organizational needs.
- Drive client engagement, selling & service, and operational excellence through exceptional training execution.
- Observe and coach store leadership teams to ensure quality and consistency across all stores.
- Support and execute New Store Opening (NSO) training and coaching.
- Act as subject matter expert on store-facing training materials and interventions.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine strengths and gaps in training programming.
- Partner with senior management to uncover needs and recommend future learning interventions.
- 2-4 years of experience in the cosmetic/beauty industry or equivalent education.
- Expert ability in delivering training interventions both in-person and virtually.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Elevated expertise in makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent work experience.
