Sephora Retail Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
2. Manage inventory control activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
4. Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales goals and elevate the customer experience.
5. Maintain store safety and compliance with company policies to create a secure shopping environment.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and participate in store initiatives and trainings.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment, with exposure to inventory or merchandising preferred.
2. Excellent organizational skills and strong time-management capabilities.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse clientele and peers.
4. Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform regular stock-handling tasks.
6. Reliable availability for retail peak periods including nights, weekends and holidays.
