Sephora Retail Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and visual integrity
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to reflect Sephora brand standards and support events and launches
3. Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store performance goals
4. Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment
5. Promote teamwork and inclusivity; support colleagues to foster an empowering and client-focused store culture

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment
2. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated time-management capability
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the role's minimum weekly hours
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
