Sephora Real Estate Legal Counsel

- Monitor and manage Sephora's French leases portfolio, encompassing over 300 retail locations.
- Provide expert advice on real estate commercial law and construction law.
- Negotiate leases, renewals, amendments, and protocols related to real estate assets.
- Manage pre-litigation processes, develop strategies, and oversee litigation in collaboration with external legal counsel.
- Collaborate with Expansion, Construction, and Operations teams, offering daily support.
- Contribute to the training of operational teams and stay informed on legal and regulatory developments.
- Master's degree (Master 2) in real estate law, business/contract law, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with a retailer, lessor, or specialized law firm.
- Expertise in French commercial real estate law and construction law.
- Strong negotiation skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with legal proficiency.
A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in commercial leases with a retailer, lessor, or specialized law firm.
Master's degree (Master 2) in real estate law, business/contract law, or equivalent.
