Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and operational standards to support sales goals.
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and maximize commercial impact.

- Strong organisational aptitude with keen attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate teams and foster accountability.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
