Sephora Operations Leader
Sephora is a leading global beauty retailer and a member of the LVMH group. - Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team to elevate performance, selling behaviours and adherence to company standards.
- Support and partner with the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store results.
- Maintain store safety, compliance with company policies and high standards of store maintenance.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet required weekly hours and peak retail demand (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a frontline team to meet operational and sales objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Availability to work a full‑time retail schedule (30–40 hours/week), including nights, weekends and holidays.
