Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure operational accuracy and availability.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Effective time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with hands-on exposure to inventory control, merchandising and team coaching.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credentials in business, retail management or related fields preferred.
