Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and receiving processes to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand standards and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team in company processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics to build capability and engagement.
- Manage scheduling, labour priorities and attendance to meet business needs during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention protocols and store safety standards while supporting an exceptional client experience.
- Minimum 3 years of retail or hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with proven time-management ability.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required and reliably meet scheduled shifts.

Minimum three years of experience in retail or hospitality with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably within a high-volume retail environment.
