Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational accuracy.
- Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotional setup and ongoing store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s standards and commercial objectives.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team to improve selling behaviours, operational competencies and performance against metrics.
- Partner with the sales team to support outstanding client experience and contribute to achievement of store goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and occupational health & safety standards.
- Manage scheduling reliability and flexibility to cover peak trading hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum shift requirements.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a comparable customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline teams to achieve business results.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; consistent punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience, with demonstrated leadership in retail operations or hospitality and proven results in team development and operational execution.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or retail/management certification is a plus.
