Sephora Operations Leader

1. Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational accuracy.
2. Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotional setup and ongoing store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s standards and commercial objectives.
3. Coach, train and develop the operations team to improve selling behaviours, operational competencies and performance against metrics.
4. Partner with the sales team to support outstanding client experience and contribute to achievement of store goals.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and occupational health & safety standards.
6. Manage scheduling reliability and flexibility to cover peak trading hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum shift requirements.

1. Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a comparable customer-facing environment.
2. Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline teams to achieve business results.
3. Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.
5. Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; consistent punctuality and attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience, with demonstrated leadership in retail operations or hospitality and proven results in team development and operational execution.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or retail/management certification is a plus.
