Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and accuracy.

- Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
