Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
3. Supervise visual merchandising to align with company standards.
4. Coordinate in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
5. Oversee supply management, maintaining appropriate budgets and quantities for store supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management for the operations team, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
