Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Receive, process and accurately stage incoming shipments; perform timely processing of transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom to Sephora standards; ensure tidiness, safety and compliance with sampling and merchandising procedures.
3. Support visual merchandising by checking in displays and reporting missing or damaged elements to the Operations Supervisor.
4. Participate in inventory control activities and initiatives to reduce shortage and loss; communicate inventory issues to leadership.
5. Assist with cashier-zone presentation and cleanliness; provide client-facing service as required during store hours.
6. Train and cross-train colleagues on Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) and MPOS operations as designated; act as a resource for cashier functions.

1. 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical stocking tasks.
4. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
5. Strong organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
