Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards.
2. Process transfers, damages and testers; check in visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
3. Support inventory control activities and participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
4. Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the cashier zone and stock areas; ensure compliance with sampling and merchandising policies.
5. Provide client service support on the sales floor as required and assist in cashier duties; train colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems when needed.
6. Communicate inventory issues and operational concerns to Supervisors and Store Management in a timely manner.

1. 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
5. Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving abilities.

1–2 years of retail or client service experience, ideally with prior stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
