Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards
- Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales and client experience goals
- Assist the team in event execution and in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming retail environment
- Demonstrate punctuality and meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays
