Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards
2. Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards
4. Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales and client experience goals
5. Assist the team in event execution and in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming retail environment
6. Demonstrate punctuality and meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven
4. Quick learner with ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge effectively
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Entry-level experience required: typically 1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
