Sephora Operations Associate

1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient shopping environment.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to align the store with brand standards and events.
4. Support the client experience by assisting the sales team, maintaining presentation standards and helping achieve store sales goals.
5. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture through dependable attendance, punctuality and collaborative support during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
7. Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.

1. 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
2. Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time status.
3. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with an aptitude for learning product knowledge quickly.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting sales-driven teams.
5. Ability to perform physical tasks related to inventory and merchandising (lifting up to 50 lbs).
6. Reliable attendance, punctuality and a customer-first mindset.
