Sephora Operations Associate (Part-Time)

1. Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.
2. Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, transfers and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event rollouts.
4. Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting store objectives.
5. Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping environment.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support colleagues during peak periods.

1. 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
4. Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
5. Availability for scheduled retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet part-time weekly hour minimum (15–29 hrs/week).
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
