Sephora Operations Associate (Part-time)

1. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional displays to reflect brand standards and maximize conversion during events and campaigns.
3. Support the client experience by assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to team sales objectives.
4. Maintain operational and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and support store leadership on ad-hoc operational projects.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating punctuality and reliability across scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment; retail operations or merchandising experience preferred.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver high-quality client service.
4. Demonstrated teamwork and goal-oriented mindset with the flexibility to work variable schedules.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing and mobility for extended periods.

1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role with demonstrated exposure to store operations, inventory handling and merchandising.
