Sephora Operations Associate (Part-time)

- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional displays to reflect brand standards and maximize conversion during events and campaigns.
- Support the client experience by assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to team sales objectives.
- Maintain operational and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and support store leadership on ad-hoc operational projects.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating punctuality and reliability across scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment; retail operations or merchandising experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver high-quality client service.
- Demonstrated teamwork and goal-oriented mindset with the flexibility to work variable schedules.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing and mobility for extended periods.
