Sephora Operations Associate (Part-Time)

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain stock integrity and availability.
2. Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event executions.
3. Assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving sales targets.
4. Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to create a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture and support store-level initiatives during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
6. Ensure punctuality and reliability by meeting scheduled shift and hour requirements.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment, or in a similar operations role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with an aptitude for learning product knowledge quickly.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues in a high-volume environment.
4. Team-oriented, goal-driven attitude with the ability to work flexibly during peak retail periods.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing and mobility for extended periods.
