Sephora Operations Associate (Part-Time)

1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and event activations.
4. Deliver high-quality client service and assist the sales team in achieving store performance goals.
5. Maintain safe and secure store conditions by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team environment and assist in onboarding or cross-training colleagues as needed.
7. Adhere to scheduling requirements and reliably cover assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven team player with a goal-driven mindset.
4. Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling tasks.
