Sephora Operations Associate (Part-Time)

- Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and event activations.

- Maintain safe and secure store conditions by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.

- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling tasks.
