1. Execute daily store operations including opening/closing tasks, cash handling and maintaining operational standards.
2. Manage inventory lifecycle: stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
3. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect brand campaigns and event displays.
4. Deliver excellent client service by supporting the sales floor, assisting clients and contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
5. Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment; uphold Sephora policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
6. Maintain punctuality and flexible availability to cover peak retail periods (evenings, weekends, holidays) and meet scheduled shift requirements.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.
2. Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time in a fast‑paced store setting.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working as part of a team.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information clearly to clients and colleagues.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stock tasks safely.
