Sephora Operations Associate (Part-time)

1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, client-focused service.
2. Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and campaign requirements.
4. Assist with in-store events and product launches, ensuring accurate presentation and execution.
5. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving store objectives.
6. Maintain operational standards, follow company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping environment.
7. Promote inclusivity and teamwork; foster a collaborative, respectful store culture.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Proven communication and interpersonal skills; able to support outstanding client service.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge.
5. Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Availability for required shift minimums and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays); punctuality and consistent attendance.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level to early-career: 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles preferred.
