Sephora Operations Associate

1. Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
2. Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfilment, and accurate stock counts.
3. Support visual merchandising to ensure promotional displays and events reflect Sephora brand guidelines.
4. Deliver and support exceptional client experiences, assisting the sales team to help achieve store objectives.
5. Adhere to company policies to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
6. Maintain punctuality and a reliable schedule, covering required shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or another client‑facing environment.
2. Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team player.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks on the shopfloor.
5. Ability to learn quickly and communicate product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
