Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand guidelines and support events.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and assist the sales team in meeting store performance objectives.
5. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures to preserve a secure shopping environment.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture through open communication, collaboration, and reliability.
7. Maintain punctuality and meet required minimum weekly shifts; be available for peak hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
8. Physically handle merchandise, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or other client-facing environments preferred.
2. Proven organizational skills with strong time-management and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
3. Quick learner capable of absorbing and communicating product knowledge effectively.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible to variable scheduling demands.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
