1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and campaign guidelines.
3. Support the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving sales targets.
4. Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team‑oriented atmosphere and participate in store events and initiatives.

1. 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience preferred.
2. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly.
4. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and able to meet scheduled shift requirements (including nights, weekends and holidays).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
