Sephora Operations Associate

- Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and campaign directives.

- Deliver and support exceptional client service, contributing to team sales targets and an elevated shopping experience.

- Strong organizational skills and time-management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrable team-player attitude and goal orientation.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom duties.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance required.
