Sephora Operations Associate

1. Execute and support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and stockroom organization.
3. Implement visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain on-brand presentation and support events.
4. Deliver outstanding client service and assist the sales team in achieving store performance goals.
5. Maintain operational standards related to health, safety and loss prevention; follow company policies and procedures.
6. Provide product knowledge to colleagues and assist in training as needed.
7. Work flexible shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance.
8. Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds).

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
4. Quick learner with the ability to acquire and communicate product knowledge.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
