Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store environment reflects brand standards and event activations
3. Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales objectives and cultivate a welcoming customer experience
4. Uphold Sephora operational and safety standards, following company policies to create a secure and enjoyable shopping environment
5. Contribute to a collaborative store culture by fostering inclusivity, punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment
2. Demonstrable organisational and time‑management capabilities with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a goal‑driven team
4. Availability to meet scheduling requirements for part‑time retail (including nights, weekends and holidays)
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
