Sephora Operations Associate (Flex)

1. Support day‑to‑day store operations to ensure an efficient and client‑focused environment.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups to accurately reflect brand standards and seasonal events.
4. Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales and service objectives.
5. Uphold company policies, safety and loss‑prevention procedures to maintain a secure shopping environment.
6. Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
7. Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 pounds.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing role, or equivalent customer service experience.
2. Proven organizational and time‑management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate within a team environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
5. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail setting and adaptable to changing priorities.
6. Ability to meet scheduling requirements for a flexible/part‑time role and maintain consistent attendance.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
