Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain seamless product availability.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and local marketing initiatives.
3. Deliver exceptional client service by assisting the sales team, supporting client experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
4. Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
5. Contribute to a collaborative store culture by promoting inclusivity, punctuality and reliable shift coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
2. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise operational tasks.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service focus.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling duties.
5. Availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Entry-level retail experience: typically 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-focused role with hands-on exposure to inventory handling, merchandising and customer-facing service.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail, merchandising or customer service coursework or training is an advantage.
