1. Support day‑to‑day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
4. Assist the retail team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales objectives.
5. Maintain operational standards and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping environment.
6. Contribute to event execution and in‑store activations as required.
7. Promote inclusivity, collaboration, and a positive team culture through open communication and reliability.
8. Maintain punctuality and meet the required shift and weekly hour commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client‑facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to support product education for clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a goal‑driven team environment.
5. Flexibility to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain consistent attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
