Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience, including opening/closing procedures and upkeep of operational standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, perform stock replenishment, cycle counts, and assist with order fulfillment and returns.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service in collaboration with the sales team to help achieve store sales goals.
- Maintain a safe, secure and inviting shopping environment by adhering to company policies and loss-prevention practices.
- Work reliably according to assigned schedule, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts, and meet minimum weekly hours for the role.
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of supporting outstanding client service.
- Adaptable team player with a goal-driven mindset and the ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing and moving for extended periods.
