Sephora Operations Associate

1. Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient back-of-house processes.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards and drive conversion.
4. Assist colleagues on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and help achieve store sales goals.
5. Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
6. Support event execution and temporary displays, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of merchandising tasks.
7. Maintain punctuality and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours; be available during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
8. Perform physical tasks associated with retail operations, including lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds).

1. 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, or equivalent customer service experience.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Proven communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting a team in a high-volume retail environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to learn product information quickly and communicate knowledge to clients and peers.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
6. Physical capability to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
