1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, customer-focused service
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support sales goals through active team collaboration
5. Uphold company policies, safety and loss-prevention procedures to maintain a secure shopping environment
6. Maintain punctuality and meet required shift/hours availability, including nights, weekends and holidays

1. 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment
2. Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly
5. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
