Sephora Operations Associate

1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with procedures, and a high-quality client experience.
2. Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and support store events.
4. Support the sales team by delivering outstanding client service and assisting with achieving sales targets.
5. Maintain operational standards and safety protocols to ensure a secure, well-presented retail environment.
6. Work flexible hours as required, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ensure punctual attendance.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or client-focused operational role.
2. Demonstrated organizational and time-management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver client-focused service.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
6. Availability to work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
