1. Execute daily store operations to maintain a smooth, efficient shopping environment.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts, and order fulfillment.
3. Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure brand consistency and event execution.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets.
5. Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by promoting collaboration, punctuality and reliability.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities; quick learner of product knowledge.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; consistent attendance and punctuality required.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
